INTRODUCTION – WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO?

We are LiveCricketGuru, a premier LiveCricketGuru sports platform offering Our Platform to You and an opportunity for You to participate in Contests spanning across a broad range of officially sanctioned live sporting events (“Services”). An illustrative list of such sporting events is mentioned below as may be modified from time to time (“Sports”):

• Cricket
• Football
• Basketball
• Baseball
• Hockey
• Handball
• Volleyball
• Kabaddi
• Rugby
• American Football

Any person using, accessing, and/or participating in any LiveCricketGuru sports-related free-to-play online gaming contests (“Practice Contest”) and/or pay-to-play online gaming contests (“Paid Contest”) on Our Platform is a user (“User”). All references to “You/Your” relate to the User. All references to “We/Us/Our” relate to LiveCricketGuru. Practice Contest and Paid Contest are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contests”.

ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your continued usage of Our Platform constitutes Your acceptance of the terms and conditions, including any additional terms that We may make available to You (“Terms”) and are contractually binding on You.

• Additional terms will prevail in case of a conflict.
• By accepting these Terms, You agree to receive communications from Us via multiple channels.
• You must mark Us as a safe sender to ensure delivery of communications.

USER ACCOUNT

To use Our Services, You must register and provide:

• Full name
• Team name
• Mobile number
• Full address and state
• Gender and Date of birth
• Aadhaar number or valid ID
• Bank Account, UPI ID, PAN

We reserve the right to conduct KYC as needed.

ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 18+ and a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number.
• Paid Contests are not permitted in: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana.
• You must not provide false declarations regarding Restricted States.

CONTEST RULES AND FORMAT

Contest Rules

• Create a LiveCricketGuru team before the contest deadline.
• Pay a pre-designated amount to participate in Paid Contests.
• Multiple entries allowed in certain contests.
• Prize Money Pool is calculated after deducting Platform Fees.

Flexible and Non-Flexible Contests

• Flexible Contest: Operates if at least 2 users join.
• Non-Flexible Contest: Operates only if full limit is reached.
• Prize Money Pool varies with participation.

Contest Formats

Public Contest

• Join with other users freely.
• May be flexible or non-flexible.
• Guaranteed Contests run regardless of user count, with prize shortfall covered by Us.

Private Contest

• Created by You with a user limit of 2–20,000.
• Pre-designated amount required to join.
• Users must use Contest Code to enter.
• If minimum users not met, contest is cancelled and amounts refunded.

WINNING

Winner Declaration

• Winners selected based on highest aggregate scores.
• Number of winners and prizes pre-declared on the contest page.

Distribution of Winnings

• Top scorers win from the Prize Pool.
• Ties result in equal distribution.
• We may disqualify winners for fraudulent behavior or incorrect info.

Verification

• Winners contacted via registered email/phone.
• Must respond within 48 hours in case of disputes.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Accounts

• Unutilized Account: Deposits for participation
• Winning Account: Your winnings
• Play Winning Account: Non-withdrawable winnings for reuse

Discounts

• Discounts may be in the form of Discount Points, Bonuses, or Coupons.
• Each has usage limits and expiry dates.

Withdrawals

• KYC required before first withdrawal.
• Bank/UPI details must match account info.
• Processing may take up to 24 hours.

Taxes

• 28% GST on deposits from 01 Oct 2023.
• 30% TDS on Net Winnings per Income Tax Act.
• Net Winnings calculated with provided formula.

Refunds

• Refunds issued for contest cancellations, force majeure events, or same team entries.
• GST is non-refundable.

USER FUNDS

• Funds held by a third party on your behalf.
• Used only for Paid Contests and related services.

YOUR CONDUCT

Account Information

• Only one account allowed.
• All data must be accurate and updated.

Maintain Confidentiality

• Don’t share OTP or account credentials.

Comply with Law

• No illegal or disruptive acts allowed.

Fair Play

• No insider trading, collusion, or fraudulent activity.

Responsible Play

Play within your means. Seek help when necessary.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Chat Feature

• No offensive, threatening, or commercial use.
• No misinformation or syndicate play allowed.

LiveCricketGuru Coins

Awarded for participation and engagement, subject to platform rules.

OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Your Content

• We may remove offensive or illegal content posted by users.

Contests

• We may revise player rosters, cancel contests, or adjust deadlines.

Our Services

• We may limit, suspend, or terminate access or features without notice.

BREACH OF TERMS

• May result in suspension, disqualification, or legal action.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, software, graphics, and brand elements are owned by Us.
• You may not copy, publish, or modify without permission.
• You grant us license to use your content shared on the platform.
